Why I built this site

I started this site for two reasons.

One: I want the operators, founders, and referral partners I work with to have a place where they can read what I actually think — not generic broker copy. The content here is built from real placements and the real conversations I have with assisted-living owners, hospice administrators, and Series A founders trying to make sense of D&O.

Two: I want my work, my voice, and my pipeline to belong to me — not whatever brokerage I happen to work at this year. So this site, this newsletter, and this network are mine. Always will be.
