Coverage Intelligence ยท Policy Review

Most coverage reviews skim your dec pages. Mine reads every page.

Your commercial insurance program is a stack of policy packets that can run past 300 pages. Buried in it: the sublimit that caps your biggest exposure, the endorsement that quietly narrows your coverage, the exclusion that decides whether a seven-figure claim gets paid. Almost nobody reads all of it. Coverage Intelligence is the AI-powered analysis engine I built so that on my reviews, someone finally does. It reads every page, surfaces what matters, and I personally review every finding before it reaches you.

The difference

Most coverage reviews skim. This one reads.

A typical review

  • · Skims the declarations pages
  • · Samples a handful of endorsements
  • · Trusts the carrier's proposal summary
  • · Runs a generic checklist that doesn't know your industry
  • · Finds what's easy, misses what's expensive

A Coverage Intelligence review

  • Reads the complete packet, scanned pages included
  • Extracts every limit, sublimit, deductible, and endorsement form number
  • Quotes exclusion language verbatim, not paraphrased
  • Double-checks itself against your declarations, then runs a second full-document pass and reports exactly how complete its read was
  • Flags named-insured mismatches across your policies
  • Ends with a licensed producer pressure-testing every finding

What's in it for you

Find the gaps before a claim does.

Gaps found early

The cheap way to find a coverage gap.

The expensive way to find a coverage gap is a denied claim: after the loss, when nothing can be fixed. The cheap way is a review. Coverage Intelligence is built to surface gaps, missing endorsements, and named-insured mismatches while they're still a paperwork fix instead of an uncovered loss.

Complete read

Your entire policy, actually read.

Limits, sublimits, deductibles, endorsement form numbers, exclusion language verbatim. The engine reads all of it, scanned pages included, then double-checks its own work against the declarations and a second full-document pass, and reports exactly how complete that read was. If it's in your policy, it's in the review.

Renewal leverage

Documented findings change the conversation.

Walk into renewal with documented findings instead of a hunch. When you can name the exact endorsement you're missing and the exclusion that guts your coverage, you negotiate from strength, with your current carrier or with mine. Run it 90 or more days before renewal and the findings become leverage at the table.

Specialist depth

Built for hard-to-place risks.

The engine carries vertical-specific expertise: habitational, hospitality, trucking, campgrounds and marinas, and tech, including E&S placements like California property. It gets smarter with every review, and I approve every lesson it keeps.

Human judgment

Nothing automated reaches you.

The tool organizes and analyzes; it doesn't advise. Every finding is reviewed, pressure-tested, and stood behind by a licensed producer. That's me, not a chatbot.

What you walk away with

A findings report, not a sales pitch.

Every review ends with two things: a written report and a working session with me. The report covers:

If your program is in good shape, the report says that too. You'll know instead of hoping.

How it works

From your current policies to a straight answer.

  1. 1.

    You share your policies

Send your current policy packets. Dec pages, endorsements, the whole thing. Scanned copies are fine.

  2. 2.

    Every page gets read

The engine extracts every detail, cross-checks itself against the declarations and a second full-document pass, and reports exactly how complete its read was.

  3. 3.

    I review the findings

I go through every finding personally and pressure-test the ones that matter with real claims scenarios and dollar exposures.

  4. 4.

    We walk through it together

What's solid, what's exposed, and what it would take to fix. If your coverage is in good shape, I'll tell you that too.

When to do this: any time you're carrying real exposure, but 90 or more days before renewal is ideal. That leaves time to fix what we find and to use the findings when we negotiate.

Want to know what's actually in your policies?

Send me a note about your business and your current coverage. I'll come back within one business day with next steps. No obligation, and if your program is solid I'll tell you exactly that. Either way, you'll finally know what's in your policies.

Coverage Intelligence findings are prepared for review by a licensed insurance producer and are informational only. They are not a coverage determination, legal advice, or a guarantee of coverage. The terms, conditions, and exclusions of the issued policy control.
